About Us

Overstreet & Nestor, LLC brings its clients over 40 years of combined legal experience.   Our practice spans several substantive disciplines, with an emphasis on environmental, energy, litigation and land use matters. 

We assist clients in a variety of business sectors with compliance and enforcement matters before state and federal courts and regulatory agencies. 

We also maintain a complex commercial litigation practice, as a complement to our administrative litigation practice, and have served as counsel in jury and non-jury trials in state and federal courts in Pennsylvania and across the country.
